Lake Audubon

The shores of Reston's Lake Audubon hosts almost 700 homes.  They range from Condos to Townhomes, Patio Homes and Single Family Homes.  Prices for these lakefront community homes start in the Low-$200's on up through $1.5 Million.

This man made lake was built in 1979.  It has a surface area of about 44 acres, a maximum depth of about 21 feet and holds about 136 million gallons.
